A man named Brian was just introduced to me. He is American. He is a healer. I saw him sitting on a bench talking to a mexican and working on a young boy. He said he had a vision of walking through San Miguel healing people. He is not a religious person he says, he just had a vision and followed it. He saw in his vision a little boy with one leg 8 inches shorter than the other and when he arrived here he was in the jardin and saw the boy crawling on the ground. He took the boy’s leg and pulled it and it lengthened. Is the boy fine now? I didn’t ask but found him curious. I’m sure I will see him around healing people on the street. It should make for interesting times here.

Hold fast to dreams, For if dreams die, Life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly, Hold fast to dreams, For if dreams go, Life is a barren field, Frozen with snow
These are all from one of my all time favorite poets: Langston Hughes

I think of the dreams I have had in my life, the dream to be married, to have children, to be famous, to be successful, all the typical dreams that we have as humans and I think of those that came true and those that didn’t.
