Yesterday was the final day of the residency though for me it was not a work day but a day to go and visit and see my young friend do their traditional halloween parade. They were very cute, all dressed up in costumes and they did a very short parade around the auditorium and then exited the building to go back to their classrooms.

Today was the last day of my residency at the Chestnut Hill School. The day had the promise of sun which has been rare here in Boston and it lasted for most of the morning and a part of the afternoon. Tomorrow I’ll go to see the halloween parade for the little ones and will be done with the school until February.
Yesterday I worked with the very small ones, the 3 and 4 year olds and at the end of my time with them one said that Friday they were having a halloween parade and I said that I knew and that I was coming to it and all of a sudden there was a swarm of bees around me all telling me at once what they were going to be. Of course I could not hear any one thing and they continued to tell me, all so excited about their costumes.
